New!  View our photo slideshow of the May 2008 Vietnamese Community Flag Day with the Chapter #103 Honor Guard. This is an annual event of a march from the corners of Willow and State Streets to Syracuse City Hall. Specific May dates of the event can be found in our newsletters every April.

The Vietnam Veterans of America Central New York Chapter# 103 is proud of the services it offers such as a colorguard and speaker's bureau to the community. The honor guard is available to any community parade and veteran's functions. The speaker's bureau will speak at school and classroom functions.
